The Full Ranchito Experience

$1,100 per night | 3-night minimum

Ideal for celebrations, reunions, and special gatherings.


Includes:

  • Full house and barn access

  • Use of designated outdoor gathering areas

  • Flexibility for daytime events and additional guests

  • Additional guests are welcome for events and gatherings

  • No more than 7 guests may stay overnight in the house​

Quail & Dove Hunting Package

$500 per gun | Per day

​

Experience classic South Texas quail and dove hunting on wide-open land.

​

Includes:

​

  • Guided quail and/or dove hunt

  • Access to designated hunting grounds

  • Bird cleaning station access

Starting at $1,200 per gun

The ultimate hunt-and-relax experience.


Includes:​

  • One full day of quail or dove hunting

  • Lodging at the Ranchito house

  • Evening access to the game barn

Checkout Checklist (10:00 AM Deadline)

  • Final Departure Time: 10:00 Am (Strictly Enforced)

  • Trash Removal: Take Out All Trash and Place It in Outdoor Bins

  • Refrigerator: Remove All Personal Food Items From the Refrigerator and Freezer

  • Linens & Towels: Place Used Towels in Laundry Room

  • Doors & Windows: Lock All Doors and Windows

  • Thermostat & Lights: Turn Off All Lights and Ac/heat

  • Left Items: Note That Items Left Behind Are Only Kept for 2 Weeks

  • Remotes: All Tv, Fan & Hvac Remotes Returned to Original Locations

Ranchito Rental Policies & Guest Requirements

Reservation Confirmation & Payments

  • A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at booking.

Security / Damage Deposit

  • A security deposit is required with the final payment.

  • This deposit may be held or charged against the credit card on file to cover property damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of these policies.

  • Guests will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Within 30 days of arrival: No refund of the deposit or rental payments.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM on arrival day.

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM on departure day.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees and availability.

Occupancy

  • The Ranchito house has a maximum overnight occupancy of 7 guests.

  • Additional daytime guests are allowed with the Full Ranchito Experience package, but no more than 7 may stay overnight.

  • All registered guests must be included in the reservation.

 Smoking & Fire Safety

  • No smoking is allowed inside the Ranchito house or barn.

  • Evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning fees and/or charges.

Property Condition & Cleaning

  • The home and grounds are professionally cleaned between stays.

  • Guests agree to leave the property in a reasonable condition.

  • Excessive cleaning or damage may result in charges to the card on file.

Maintenance & Services

  • Guests should report any issues or maintenance concerns as soon as possible.

  • The Ranchito team may enter the property to make necessary repairs or address safety concerns.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Guests agree not to hold Ranchito property owners or management liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the stay.

  • The Ranchito property includes natural terrain, trails, and open fields — all use is at your own risk.

Parking

  • Guests may park up to two vehicles on the property.

  • Boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles must be disclosed in advance and may require off-site parking arrangements.

Pet & Golf Cart Policy

  • No pets are allowed on the property at any time.

  • Golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, or similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on Ranchito land.

  • Violation of this policy may result in penalty fees or termination of the rental agreement with no refund.

Miscellaneous

  • Guests are expected to follow all local laws, ordinances, and community guidelines.

  • Failure to comply with any policy may result in additional fees or eviction without refund.

No Hunting of Wildlife

  • No Hunting of Wildlife Not Stated in Hunting Agreement, Including but Not Limited to: Armadillos, Deer, Wild Hogs, Javelinas, Etc..

By booking the Ranchito, you agree to abide by all rental policies and to respect the home, land, and legacy of the property.
